P物质在人心传导系统中的分布

摘　　要：为观察 P物质在人心传导系统中的分布 ,采用免疫组织化学方法显示 10例非心血管疾病死亡者心传导系统中的 P物质。结果发现 ,在心传导系统中有数量较少的 P物质免疫阳性纤维和细胞 ,分布于窦房结、房室结和房室束等部位。本研究提示 ,在人心传导系统中 ,P物质阳性神经纤维可能有部分来自心内神经节 。In order to observe the distribution of substance P in human cardiac conduction system, the substance P in cardiac conduction system of 10 persons deceased without cardiovascular diseases was demonstrated immunohistochemically. The results showed that there were sparse substance P immunopositive fibers and cells in the cardiac conduction system, which were localized in sino-atrial node, atrio-ventricular node and atrio-ventricular bundle. The results indicate that, in the human cardiac conduction system, part of substance P positive nerve fibers might originate from intrinsic cardiac ganglions. Meanwhile, substance P positive fibers may play important roles in the functional relations between nodal cells as well as between sino-atrial node and atrio-ventricular node.
