摘　　要：报道寄生在鲤鱼鳃丝上的粘孢子虫 1新种 ,即异囊粘体虫Myxosomaheterocapsularissp .nov .,标本采自重庆市北碚区歇马养殖场及嘉陵江 ,文内记述该新种的形态结构。This paper deals with a new species of Myxosporea from gill of Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus in Beibei,Chongqing,in Oct.1998.Measuremens are in microns and bas e d on 20 specimens.Type specimens are deposited in the Department of Biology,Sou thwestern Normal University.Myxosoma heterocapsularis sp.nov. (Figs.1 12) Abstract This paper deals with a new species of Myxosporea from gill of Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus in Beibei,Chongqing,in Oct.1998.Measuremens are in microns and bas e d on 20 specimens.Type specimens are deposited in the Department of Biology,Sou thwestern Normal University.Myxosoma heterocapsularis sp.nov. (Figs.1 12)Host.Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus. Location.Gill. Locality.Beibei District,Chongqing City(29°44′N,106°25′E) Date.Oct.1998. Infection rate 11 3% Cysts.Elliptical in form,white in color,(370.7 652.3)×(807.3 1?118.8)in diam eter. Spores.Elliptical(about 79%)and round(about 21%)in thecal view,3 7 distinct “ V” shaped folds at posterior;spindle shaped in sutural view,sutural ridge st raight and distinct,one surface lightly out streched;spindle shaped in end vie w.Numbers of the polar capsule vary from one to four in a cyst.Nearly 82 percent of spores possess three polar capsules,15 percent two,3 percent four,occasional ly one.The two pear shaped polar capsules located at about 1/3 position of spor e length,unequal in size,arranged parallelly,while the position of the third po lar capsules is variable,such as,between the two capsules,behind one of them,in the middle or posterior of the spore itself.Sporeplasm subtly structured,without iodophilic vacuole,nuclei invisible. Dimensions of spore(in GAF):length 12.41(10.83 14.17)width 10.41(9.17 11.50). thickness 7.91(6.83 9.17),large polar capsules 4.38(3.50 5.17)by 3.20(2.75 3. 50),small polar capsules 3.04(2.50 3.75)by 2.26(2.00 2.50),the third 2.78(1.92 3.50)by 1.98(1.25 2.58),the fourth extremely small. This new species is similar to Myxosoma polymorphosporus Wang,Xu et Qiu, 1996 and Myxosoma cerebralis
