摘　　要：作者采用形态特征比较、标准判别分析方法和DNA指纹技术对云南臭蛙Odorranaandersonii 9个居群进行了综合研究 ,结果表明 :9个居群可以分为以云南龙陵、景东、海南标本为代表的 3个形态型 ,它们的形态特征差异明显 ;3者的标准判别分析和DNA指纹图谱结果均有明显不同 ,印证了形态性状研究结果。据此上述 3个形态型标本被确定为 3个种 ,其中包括 2新种 ,本文对原隶属于云南臭蛙的各地标本的分类地位作了讨论 .The taxonomic status of specimens from 9 population named \%Odorrana andersonii \% (Boulenger) was studied with comparison of morphology,morpholometry and DNA fingerprinting.The results of the morphological comparison indicate that the spe cimens are divided into three discrete morphotypes: (1) Longling type,with its m orphological features similar to the original description,should be considered a s \%Odorrana andersonii\% (Blg.);(2) Hainan type and (3) Jingdong type differ fr om each other and from Longling type by the features,are identified as two new s pecies.Sixty\|six specimens of the three types were classified by numerical char acters using the standardized canonical discriminant analysis.On the first two a xes those specimens are grouped into three units nearly completely separated fro m each other,showing that the 3 types have significant difference.The fifteen sa mples from three types were studied by DNA fingerprinting.The mean number of hyb rid bands,molecular weight range,and identical common band among them are differ ent respectively.The result shows that the 3 types having great genetic differen tiation and hence might be considered as 3 separate species.
