摘  要:对人用精制狂犬病疫苗和浓缩狂犬病疫苗分别在 - 33℃ ,2~ 8℃ ,2 5℃ ,37℃保存 0~ 6个月进行效力的稳定性观察 ,结果表明随存放时间延长及温度增加 ,两者的生物活性均有不同程度的降低。在 2~ 8℃条件下疫苗的效力明显比其它温度稳定 (P <0 0 2 ) ;精制疫苗与浓缩疫苗比较 。The investigation was carried out on the stability of potency of purified and concentrated rabies vaccines for human use within six months storge period at -33℃,4℃,25℃ and 37℃ separately.the results indicated that the biological activties of both vaccines were decreased as the keeping temperature increased or stored time prolonged.A conclusion could then be drawn that the potencies of both vaccines have a remarkable higher stability at 4℃ than those at other different temperatures,and the former has a high stable trend than others do.
