摘 要:为了解森林脑炎病毒的增殖动态 ,改进现有疫苗的生产工艺 ,将森林脑炎病毒感染地鼠肾细胞 ,控制不同的培养条件 ,以利病毒增殖 ,并于不同时间收获病毒液 ,测定病毒滴度。疫苗液用不同浓度的福尔马林灭活后 ,测定疫苗的保护指数。结果表明森张株病毒增殖高峰在 6 8~ 72h ,多次收获的病毒液及其病毒滴度、疫苗效力均优于现有疫苗 ,新工艺可提高病毒产量 。To study multiplication kinetic response of TBE virus and improve current vaccine production process.Hamsters renal cell were infected by TBE virus in different culture conditions in order to be of benefit the proliferation of the virus.the virus stock in different times were obtained and detected in mice.After the vaccine stock inactivated by different concentrations of formalin,the potency index of vaccine were tested.The higher proliferation titers of TBE virus strain of “Zhang” were in 68-72 hours after infection and the virus culture can be continuously harvested in several times in the new process.The virus titer and potency are both higher than that of current vaccine.The virus yeild can be improved in the new process on which the further study on refinement and purification was established.
