摘 要:天牛类幼虫特征是探讨天牛总科演化和分类系统的重要依据。长期以来由于未找到狭胸天牛幼虫,其地位难以确定,影响到天牛总科分类系统的重建。近年来,在中国广西和西藏发现的狭胸天牛Philus antennatus (Gyllenhal) 和细点音天牛Het-erophilus punctulatus Chiang et Chen 幼虫,为研究狭胸天牛分类地位提供了新的证据。综合比较认为,狭胸天牛与暗天牛科最相近,倾向于将狭胸天牛亚科归入暗天牛科。The larval stage of philines beetles has been searched to fill the gap in phylogenetic study of Cerambycoidea for a long time. In recent years, two species of philine larvae were found in China, providing important evidence for studying the taxonomic status of philid longicorn beetle. The work of taxonomic conducted by foreign specialists was usually based on adult morphology of philid longicorn beetles previously. In this experiment, however, comprehensive researches including morphology, anatomy and bioecology were carried out on all the four stages (adult, egg, larva and pupa), and the material was compared with other cerambycid groups. The results are as follows. The cranial structure of larva of Philus antennatus (Gyllenhal) is peculiar. Gula absent, submentum directly connected with prothoracic praessternum, metatentorial bridge very broad, occupying almost the whole part of the ventral cranial wall. Antennae very long, main antennal sensilla on apical face of second segment flat, kidney shaped. Legs well deve loped, segments well defined. Ambulatory ampullae reduced, only represented by a few fine lines. The female reproductive organs are very peculiar, the spermatheca remains a large membranus pouch, and that the proctiger is very long; larva subterranian, feeding on sapwood and bark of the roots of Pinus elliottii. Engelm., and never boring into the wood, pupating in soil, hibernation by adult, larval and pupal stages. These morphological and biological characteristic are very close to Vesperidae. They may be regarded as a positive proof that the Philinae and Vesperinae are possibly sister groups derived from a common ancestry. So, the author inclined to agree with A. Saito’s proposal to include Philini and Vesperini into one group of the Vesperidae, and Disteniidae, Oxypeltidae and Anopldermatidae were thought to have something to do with the larval gula absent and metatentorial bridge very broad and diurnal habits of parts of those species of Philini and Vesperini.
