康宁胶囊减轻肝纤维化的临床研究

摘　　要：在 8 0年代末美国Riven博士与我科共同开发研究的“舒怀汤”基础上 ,90年代中期我科进一步开发了“康宁胶囊”。主要成分有黄芩、菊花、丹参、山楂等。治疗组 10 2例 ,对照组 78例。两组病人的透明质酸、层粘连蛋白、人Ⅲ型前胶原、Ⅳ型胶原等四项指标都不同程度的下降 ,其中治疗组普遍下降度较大 ,而且差异在统计学有意义。提示“康宁胶囊”在治疗慢性肝炎、肝硬变时 ,能减少纤维化。Objective:To investigate the effect of Kang Ning Capsule in reducing liver fibrosis. Method:The treatment group included 102 cases and the control group 78 cases.The serum hyaluronic acid(HA),Laminin(L),human procollagen Ⅲ(PC Ⅲ) and Ⅳ from both groups were determined and compared. Result:The decreases of serum HA, L,PC Ⅲ and PC Ⅳ in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group. Conclusion:Kang Ning Capsule can reduce the liver fibrosis when used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis.
