摘　　要：目的 :建立板蓝根中痕量汞的测定方法。方法 :利用还原气化的非色散型装置 ,湿法消解对中药板蓝根中的痕量汞进行原子荧光测定。结果与结论 :试验回收率为 86 9%～ 110 8% ,误差 <± 13 1% ,可用于板蓝根中痕量汞的测定。Aim:To determine the trace mercury in the isatis root.Methods:Through Cold Atomic Fluorescence with nondispersive fix of reduction and gasification,and the way of clearing up of wet method,we studied the conditions that can affect the result of experiment.Results and Conclusion:The recovery ratio is 86.9% to 110.8%,and the error is less than 13.1%.This method proves to be efficient.
