男子尿道口尖锐湿疣治疗探讨

摘　　要：５３例男子尿道口ＣＡ，用４种方法治疗，首次治疗后皮损全部清除。２周后复查激光组最佳，无复发；６０％三氯醋酸组未愈占３８．０％、冷冻组４０．０％、高频电刀组１１．１～１２．５％。再次治疗后，全部临床痊愈，随访２月以上无复发。作者认为，男子尿道口ＣＡ虽然发病部位特殊，仍为各种治疗方法的适应范围，宜及早处理。Fifty three cases of condyloma acuminatum(CA) on male urinary meatus were treated with 4 different methods. After a primary treatment all of the lesions were removed. The laser group got the best results, without relapse.The uncured rate was 38.0% in the trichloroacetic acid group, 40.0% in the cryosurgery group,11.1￣12.5 % in the electrosurgery group.After a secondary course of treatment all patients were cured. No recurrence was noticed after a follow-up of two months or longer. The authors consider that CA on urinary meatus should be treated with a variety of methods as early as possible.
