小牛皮胶原蛋白对成纤维细胞的细胞相容性研究

摘　　要：采用体外细胞培养检测自制小牛皮胶原的细胞毒性，将材料与人成纤维细胞共同培养，观察其对细胞形态和增殖率的影响，来评价小牛皮胶原蛋白的细胞毒性。结果显示，小牛皮胶原蛋白对细胞形态无影响，对细胞增殖有一定促进作用，细胞相容性好。The cell culture method was used to evaluate the cytotoxicity of ox collagen for clinical use. Direct method was chosen to examine the shape and growth of cells. Results showed that the cell shape was normal and the growth was well. The cytotoxicity of ox collagen conformed to the standards made by International Orgnization for Standardization (ISO). This study demonstrated that ox collagen doesn't restrain the growth of cells and has good biocompatibility.
