摘  要:目的 :研究川芎嗪 ( TMP)对大鼠心肌超微结构再灌注损伤的影响。方法 :2 4只 SD大鼠分为川芎嗪处理组与损伤组 ,每组 1 2只 ,分别于心肌缺血再灌注前于 30 sec内从尾静脉注入 TMP( 50 mg/ kg)及等容生理盐水 ,再灌注 1 0 min后观察缺血区心肌超微结构的变化。结果 :损伤组心肌细胞水肿 ,糖原颗粒分布减少 ,线粒体明显肿大、空泡化、线粒体膜完整 ,肌丝片状溶解 ,断裂。 TMP处理组心肌缺血改变有明显减轻。结论Objective:To explore the effects of tetramethyl pyrazine(TMP) on the ultrastructural changs of myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury (MIRI)in rats.Methods:Twenty four Spargue Dawley(SD)rats were egually divided into injury group and TMP treated group.TMP (50mg/kg)and equal volume of normal saline were injected through thecaudal vein of the rat within 30 sec before reperfusion. ultrastructural changes of myocardium 10min after reperfusion were observed by electron microscope.Results:Edema of the myocardial cells,glycogen depletion,swelling of mito chondria with vacuolization and breaking of myocardial fibrils with patchy lysis were found in the injury group.But in the TMP treated group through the degenerative changes still exist,they were alleviated markedly.Conclusion:TMP may effectively protect the injury of myocardium from MIRI.
