摘　　要：邓小平的对外开放思想是一个系统化的理论体系;这一理论体系有一个孕育、萌生、形成和发展的过程。整个过程大体可分为中共八大到十一届三中全会、十一届三中全会到十二大、十二大到十二届三中全会、十二届三中全会到十三大四个阶段。本文就邓小平对外开放思想在不同阶段的发展进行了研究和总结。Deng Xiaoping thought on opening to outside world is a systematisede theory which un-derwent its processes of embryo, budding, formation and development. The whole processes ay be devided into four stages: from the 8th Congress of CPC to the 3rd Plenum of 11th Central Committee, CPC; from 3rd Plenum of 11th Centtral Committee to the 12th Congrees f CPC; from the 12th Congress to the 3rd Plenum of 12th Central Committee, CPC and rom 3rd Plenum of 12th Central Committee to 13th Congress, CPC. This article studies and raws conclusions of Deng Xiaoping thought on opening to the outside world in different stages.
