辐射管搪烧炉传热数学模型研究

摘　　要：利用假想平面法建立了室式辐射管搪烧炉传热数学模型,并进行了仿真计算,结果表明,假想平面法能够大大简化室式辐射管搪烧炉内大量的角系数的计算,并可对炉子的有关参数(如辐射管的距径比、布置、炉墙结构等)进行优化计算。A mathematical model of heat transfer in batch type radiant-tube enameling furnace is established by imagine plane method and the calculation is made.Imagine plane method is useful to simplify the calculation of radiation angle factors among radiant-tubes,furnace walls and heated stock,and to optimize distance/diameter ratio of radiant-tubes,distribution and furnace wall structure.
