摘　　要：以丁二烯、丙烯腈或甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主要单体 ,羧酸为功能单体 ,用热分解引发体系和低皂乳化体系制备了人造革基布用羧基丁腈胶乳和羧基丁酯胶乳。研究了聚合配方和工艺条件对聚合行为、胶乳物性指标、应用性能指标的影响 ,得到了最佳工艺配方和工艺条件 ,并进行了中试放大。中试产品经用户使用 ,能够满足人造革基布的生产要求。The carboxyl nitrile latex and carboxyl butyl latex were synthesized by thermal decomposition initiation system and low soap emulsion system with butadiene,acrylonitrile and methyl methacrylate as main monomers and carboxylic acid as functional monomer.The effects of polymerization recipe and process conditions on polymeri zation behavior,physical properties and processability of the latex were studied and optimum process recipe and conditions were obtained.The products by pilot-plant test could meet the demand for artificial leather base fabric.
