摘　　要：目的 :探讨FSH对人腔前卵泡 (preantralfollicle)体外生长的影响。方法 :培养液中加入不同浓度的FSH ,观察卵泡存活天数和卵泡发育增大。结果 :卵泡体外存活天数 :对照组为 2 .80± 1.6 9天 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组 (FSH浓度为 0 .5IU/ml、1IU/ml、2IU/ml)分别为 5 .36± 0 .6 3、5 .47± 2 .5 0、8.13± 4.19天 ,与对照组相比 ,分别为P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 0 1。卵泡增大比率 :对照组为 2 0 .0 0 % ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别为 35 .71%、6 0 .0 0 %、81.2 5 % ,与对照组相比分别为P >0 .0 5、P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1。结论 :FSH能使卵泡体外存活天数延长 ,卵泡发育增大 ,并大致呈正相关关系。Objective:To investigate the effect of FSH on the growth of human preantral follicles cultured in vitro.Method:FSH with different concentrations was added into the medium.The survival time of follicles and growth of follicles were observed.Results:The survival time of follicles cultureed in vitro:2.80±1.69 days for the control group,5.36±0.63,5.47±2.50 and 8.13±4.19 days for I,II and III groups with FSH 0.5IU/ml,1IU/ml and 2IU/ml respectively.Compared with control group,the statistics test results were P<0.05,P<0.01 and P<0.001 respectively.The rates of follicular diameter increasing:20.00% for the control group,35,71%,60.00% and 81.25% for I,II and Ⅲ groups respectively.Compared with control group,P>0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01 respectively.Conclusion:By adding FSH,the survival time of follicles cultured in vitro was lengthened and the follicles were growing larger.The relation between them was approximately positive correlative.
