人兽隐孢子虫病在潍坊地区儿童中的感染和流行

摘　　要：目的 :调查本病在潍坊地区人畜中的感染和流行情况 ;方法 :收集了 35 6 2份人体粪便和 12 3份家畜粪便 ;用金胺 -酚染色法及改良抗酸复染法检查卵囊 ;抽取部分儿童静脉血进行细胞免疫功能测定。结果 :人群隐孢子虫感染率为 2 .36 % (84/ 35 6 1) ,低年龄儿童感染率较高 ;母乳喂养的婴幼儿的感染与母亲的感染有重要相关关系 ;夏秋季为人兽隐抱子虫感染的高峰期 :感染儿外周血液T淋巴细胞总数和辅助T淋巴细胞均明显减少 ;感染儿童家中饲养的家畜感染率明显高于正常儿童家中的家畜。结论 :潍坊地区人体隐孢子虫的感染情况与国内其它地区报道的的感染情况相近似 ,低龄儿童感染率较高的主要原因可能与不良的卫生习惯及机体免疫功能不健全有关 ;夏秋季为高发季节 ;病畜可能为本病的主要传染源。Subject:To investigations state of Cryptospordium infections in Weifang area.Method:Was collected 3562 cases feces speciment from human in this area,and some feces specimen from patients domestic animals,and were statined by Auramine-phenol and re-stained by modified acid-fast,parts of children vein blood was collected to determine frunctions of cell-immunity.Results:84 cases of Cryptosporidium parvum enteritis was find out.The rate of infection was 2.36%.No significant different in sex.T lymphocyte and T h was decrease. Conclusion:In this area,the infection may be due to eat dirty food, drink cold water or absorb finger,and contact infected domestic animals.The disease spread had seasonal,higher in the autumn.Children's susceptibility for Cryptosporidium parvum may be due to incomplete cell-immunity.
