豚鼠哮喘模型血和支气管肺泡灌洗液中IL-6水平及地塞米松的影响

摘　　要：目的 :应用放免法查测豚鼠过敏性哮喘模型外周血和支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)白细胞介素 (IL - 6 )水平 ,并探讨其与支气管肺泡灌洗液中炎症细胞的相关性。结果 :发现外周血IL - 6水平在哮喘组、地塞米松组、正常对照组之间无明显差异 ,而在BALF中IL - 6水平哮喘组 10 6 .46± 6 5 .5 8pg/ml,显著高于正常对照组和地塞米松组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1) ,但哮喘组BALF中IL - 6水平与嗜酸性细胞百分率之间无相关性 (r=0 .15 0 8P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :IL -Objective:To investigate the level of IL-6 in the blood and BALF of asthmatic guniea pigs and the effect of dexamethasone.Methods:Guniea-pigs were divided into 3 groups:asthma group,dexamethasone-treatedgroup and control group,The IL-6 was detected by RLA.Results:The eosinophil (Eos) percentage in BALF of asthmatic group was higher than other two groups,The IL-6 level in blood has no difference in three groups.The IL-6 level in BALF of asthmatic group was higher than dexamethasone-treated group and control group,there were no diffecence in BALF IL-6 level between dexamathasone-treated group and control group.In asthma group,there were no relation between BALF IL-6 level and the Eos percentage.Conclusions:IL-6 may be involved in the development of allergic asthma.
