诚年月泰用于药物流产的临床观察

摘　　要：在药物流产应用米索前列醇同时,脐部加贴诚年月泰贴剂,观察药流后出血时间。共接纳399例早孕妇女(用药组199,对照组200)。结果流产后出血天数分别为13.1±6.1天和17.7±7.6天;用药组显著少于对照组(P<0.05);并有较显著的镇痛作用。诚年月泰为纯中药成分,配合药物流产与米索前列醇同时应用,不影响药流结局,亦未见促进药流过程,副反应未见增加或减少。患者自我评估的出血量对照组多于试验组。试验组流产后血红蛋白值的减少小于对照组。由于本试验样本量小,并且不是双盲试验,可能会有一定的偏倚而影响结果。Prolonged bleeding after medical abortion has been a problem to be solved. The present study observed the effects of Chinese herb medicine Cheng Nian Yue Tai on the bleeding pattern following induced abortion by mifepristone and misoprostol. A total of 399 women in 3 centers were recruited and allocated randomly into 2 groups. In the treatment group,women put a piece of Cheng Nian Yue Tai sticker (which contained traditional medicinal herbs)on their umbilicus shortly after misoprostol taken in the morning of the 3 day,and replaced it every 48 hours for 4 pieces. Those did not use the herb medicine were recruited in group 2 as control. Result:For women had complete abortion, the average bleeding days in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (13. 1±6.1d vs 17. 7±7. 6d,P = 0. 001),and women experienced less pain in the treatment group as well(P<0. 05). The herb medicine had no other adverse effects on medical abortion. In conclusion, herb medicine Cheng Nian Yue Tai sticker can be used safely together with routine medical abortion.
