摘　　要：目的 :用胶原修饰松质骨载体表面 ,增加其生物相容性。方法 ;新鲜牛松质骨经脱脂、H2 O2 浸渍及部分脱钙处理 ,制成去抗原牛松质骨载体 ,载体表面经胶原处理后 ,将体外培养的兔骨膜成骨细胞复合在其表面 ,分别于 4、10和 2 0d取材 ,行扫描电镜观察 ,比较对照组。结果 :4d后 ,松质骨面及孔内即有了细胞粘附生长 ,2 0d全部长满 ,有胶原纤维形成 ,对照组细胞没有长满。结论 :以MBC作为载体 。Objective:To make up surface of MBC with collagen,so as to increase MBC histocompatibility.Methods: The cattle cancellus bone were degreased,macerated by H 2O 2 and decalcified to form MBC vector,surface of which was make up with collagen,then the cultured rabbit osteoblasts were compounded to MBC in vitro.4,10,and 20 days later,the compound materials were observed under sanning election microscope.Results:On the fourth day,the cells grew in the surface of MBC;on 20th day,the cells grow all formed on the vector,but the compare group did not have the phenomena.Conclusions: After the surface of the MBC make up with collagen,the MBC have good histocompatibiliy with the osteoblasts.
