脑醒喷鼻剂治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的即时效应

摘　　要：目的 :研究脑醒喷鼻剂治疗椎基 -底动脉供血不足的即时疗效。方法 :将符合条件的 4 0例椎 -基底动脉供血不足 ( VBI)患者随机分为治疗和对照两组 ,治疗组 2 8例 ,对照组 12例 ,分别给予脑醒喷鼻剂和模拟空白 (生理盐水 )喷鼻剂喷鼻 ,并于给药前和给药后 15、30、60 min经 TCD检测其脑血流速度及搏动指数 ( PI)变化 ,并记录临床症状体征变化。结果 :治疗组给药后 15min至 60 min基底动脉 ( BA)、左椎动脉 ( L VA)、右椎动脉 ( RVA)的收缩期峰值血流速度 ( Vs)、平均血流速度 ( Vm)、舒张末期峰值血流速度 ( Vd)均明显提高 ,PI明显降低 ,与给药前相比具有显著性差异 ,P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1,药后 60 min与对照组相比具有显著差异 ,P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1。临床症状疗效总有效率为 67.86%。结论 :脑醒喷鼻剂治疗 VBI具有安全、速效且疗效确切的特点 。Objective:To explore the instant effect of Nao Xing nasal spray in the treatment of vertebral and basilar arterial blood supply insufficiency.Methods:40 VBI cases were divided at random into 2 groups:28 cases were treated with Nao Xing nasal spray while an other 12 cases served as the control.Detections of cerebral blood flow and pulse index were made before and after the treatment. Results: 15 minutes after the treatment,increased levels of Vs and Vm of the basilar artery,left vertebral artery,right vertebral arterial were detected while PI was reduced.Significant difference was observed compared with that before the treatment (P<0.05 0.01).60 minutes after the treatment,significant difference was observed when compared with the control with the total clinical effectiveness of 67.86%.Conclusion:Nao Xing nasal spray was effective in treating vertebral and basilar arterial blood supply insufficiency.
