摘　　要：从中医理论出发 ,结合现代药理动物实验 ,分析桂枝汤对体温、汗液及胃肠功能的双向调节作用的物质基础 ,以便进一步研究方剂对机体的双向调节作用 ,更好地为临床服务。Guizhi decoction(GZD) was the basic prescription in clinical use, it was spreading internal medicine、surgical department、gynecology、pediatrics and other diseases. This thesis combining the traditional Chinese medicine and the modern pharmacology experiment together, analyzed GZD's material base of dual directional regulation on temperature、sweat and the function of intestines and stomach, so that we can study prescription's dual direction regulation on human body, and serve for clinical use further and better.
