摘　　要：目的 :研究柔肝降脂胶囊的制备方法和质控标准。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法对成品中大黄素进行含量测定 ,线性范围8 0～40 0μg/ml,r=0 9997。结果 :成品中大黄素的含量不低于1 6mg/粒。结论 :制备工艺合理 ,高效液相色谱法可靠 ,制剂质量可控。OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation and quality control standard of Rouganjianzhi capsules METHODS:The content of emodin in the product was determined with HPLC method RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear in the concentrations ranging from 8 0 to 40 0μg/ml,r=0 9 997 The content of emodin in product was not lower than 1 6mg/capsule CONCLUSION:The preparation technic of the capsule is feasible and the quality of product can be controlled with HPLC
