利用棉铃虫为宿主增殖松毛虫质型多角体病毒

摘　　要：应用细胞质多角体病毒JDS-CPV在日本防治赤松毛虫(Dendrolimus spectabilis)以及在我国台湾省防治马尾松毛虫(D.punctatus)均取得较好的效果。自1983年以来,利用JDS-CPV在我国广东、云南、浙江、安徽等省防治松毛虫,也都具有很好的效果。JDS-CPV的复制,过去主要是利用林间的松毛虫。如何使之成为周期性的连续生产。This study deals with the replication of Dendrolimus punctatus CPV by the cotton bollworm Heliothis armigera. The results show that D. punctatus CPV not only can be replicated by H. armigera but also can induce the virus of the host. Under the condition of average weight 0.41 g per larvae, 2.84×10 PIB were reproduced by each larva. A satisfactory result obtained after using this virus replicated on H. armigera to control D. punctatus.
