摘  要:目的 :探讨组织谐波成像技术增强手振氟碳微泡左室腔及心肌显影的能力。方法 :44例患者经外周静脉注射 2 ml手振 5 0 %葡萄糖氟碳微泡 ,应用组织谐波与基波成像技术观察微泡注射后左室腔及心肌显影情况。结果 :所有患者微泡注射后组织谐波及基波成像左室腔均显影 ,组织谐波显像可增强左室腔显影亮度 ,所有患者未见心肌显影。结论 :组织谐波成像技术能增强左室腔显影亮度获得更好的显影图像。Objective:To sudy the ability of tissue harmonic imaging in enhancement of left ventricular and myocardial opacification by intravenous injection of hand agitated perflurocarbon contrast agent.Methods:Apical four chamber view or left ventricular short axis view were performed with tissue harmonic imaging and fundemental imaging in 44 patients before and after intravenous injection of 2ml hand agitated 50% dextrose perflurocarbon contrast agent.Results:Left ventricular opacification with tissue harmonic imaging and fundemental imaging could be observed in all cases,left side heart opacification brightness was enhanced by tissue harmonic imaging.Myocardial opacification couldnt be detected in all patients either with tissue harmonic imaging or fundemental imaging.Conclusions:Tissue harmonic imaging by left side perflurocarbon contrast echocardiography can enhance left side heart chamber opacification brightness and obtain higher quality image.
