包钢薄板坯连轧主厂房设计

摘　　要：连轧主厂房为单层厂房，下柱为钢管混凝土双肢柱，上柱为焊接工字型柱，屋面大梁为焊接工字钢梁．基本柱距１２ｍ，设有８０／２０ｔ吊车３台。厂房内设有７架精轧机及配套的设备基础，地下结构复杂，深达８ｍ，地面荷载为１００ｋＰａ，屋面及墙面均采用保温压型钢板。同时，檩条节点做了技术改进．The main building for the continuous rolling mill is a one-storied factory building. The bottom parts of the columns are steel-pipe concrete battened column. The top parts of the columns are welding I-column. The roof beams are welding I-steel beam. Columns spare basically at 12m. Three cranes (each has a capacity of 80/20t) and 7 finishing mills with matching equipment foundations are equipped inside. There is a complexity in the sub-structure. The depth reaches as 8m. The ground loading is 100kPa. The corrugated sheet steel is used for the wall cladding system and the roof. Certain improvements have been made under the connection points of the purlins.
