摘 要:就SBR法处理啤酒废水过程中溶解氧 (DO)对有机物降解反应的影响进行了研究。结果表明 ,DO浓度对有机物降解速率的影响遵循Monod方程式。当反应过程中DO >2 .0mg/L时 ,有机物比降解速率受DO浓度的影响不大 ;当DO <0 .8mg/L时 ,有机物比降解速率与DO浓度呈正相关。试验中还求得了DO浓度影响有机物降解速率的动力学常数———氧饱和常数 (KO2 )与有机物最大比降解速率 (Vmax) ,同时对反应过程中不同恒定DO浓度与污泥沉降性能之间的关系进行了探讨。The effect of DO concentration on organic matter degradation rate was studied when treating brewery wastewater by sequencing batch reactor (SBR) process. The experimental results show that the relationship between DO concentration and organic matter degradation rate follows the Monod equation. The DO concentration has little influence on organic matter specific degradation rate when it is above 2.0 mg/L. The former has a positive correlativity with the latter when DO concentration is below 0.8 mg/L. In addition, the kinetic constants which describe the influence of DO concentration on organic matter degradation rate, including oxygen saturation constant and maximum organic matter specific degradation rate, are obtained. The relationship between different constant DO concentrations and sludge settling property is also discussed.
