摘　　要：文章针对我国物业管理行业的现状，论述了物业管理公司综合评价的意义，提出了物业管理公司综合评价的原则和程序，并从物业管理公司整体状况、物业管理公司效益评价和物业管理公司形象评价的角度给出了物业管理公司综合评价指标体系。In this paper, the purpose of synthesis assessment of property management corporations is discussed according to the current situation of property management in China;the principles and procedures of synthesis assessment of property management corporations are raised;and the synthesis assessment norm system of properly management corporations is given regarding the overall condition, benefit evaluation and identity system of property management corporations.
