摘　　要：介绍了在 "蟾蜍骨骼标本 "制作中利用对称配对方法及整体骨骼组装技巧，克服了因脱 脂过度等原因而导致的骨骼高度散架问题。Introduced the method of paring in symmetry and the whole skeleton growping skill during the making process of toad skeleton specimen.The problem of highly loosing of the skeleton caused by the excessive difatting is colved.
