摘　　要：用 3种茂金属载体催化剂SiO2 /MAO/Cp2 ZrCl2 ,SiO2 /MAO/Et(Ind) 2 ZrCl2 和SiO2 /MAO/O(SiMe2 ) 2 (Ind) 2 ZrCl2 (Cp为环戊二烯基 ,Ind为茚基 )催化乙烯聚合 ,分别考察了聚合温度及n(Al) /n(Zr) (物质的量之比 )对催化活性及产品性能的影响规律 ,并初步探索了反应机理 .实验结果表明 :随着聚合温度的升高或n(Al) /n(Zr)的增大 ,催化剂活性呈先增后降的趋势 ,聚乙烯平均相对分子质量下降 ;当聚合温度升高时 ,聚乙烯的熔点和结晶度明显降低 ;但n(Al) /n(Zr)的变化对聚乙烯的熔点和结晶度的影响较小 .3种催化剂中SiO2 /MAO/O(SiMe2 ) 2 (Ind) 2 ZrCl2The effect of the polymerization conditions on catalytic activity and polyethylene properties, such as molecular weight, melting point and crystallinity are studied with three kinds of SiO 2-supported metallocenes, e.g. SiO 2/MAO/Cp 2ZrCl 2, SiO 2/MAO/Et(Ind) 2ZrCl 2 and SiO 2/MAO/O(SiMe 2) 2(Ind) 2ZrCl 2. With polymerization temperature increase, the catalytic activity firstly increases and then decays, the melting point and crystallinity decreases obviously. When the molar ratio of Al to Zr is increased, the catalytic activity is firstly increased and then decreased, while the molecular weight of polyethylene is decreased too. There are good prospects for indrustial use of SiO 2/MAO/O(SiMe 2) 2(Ind) 2ZrCl 2 among the three kinds of SiO 2-supported metallocenes.
