摘  要:基于膜法破乳技术的研究进展 ,选择了水 +正丁醇、水 +煤油以及水 +煤油 + 30 %TBP(磷酸三丁酯 )多种体系 ,研究了影响破乳效果的重要参数透过压、体系性质和膜孔径等对透过液通量和透过液水相含油量的影响 .实验结果表明 ,膜法破乳是一种很有效的破乳技术 ,对于不同体系的乳液均有较好的通用性 .膜法破乳过程受透过压和膜孔的影响较大 ,随着透过压的增加 ,透过液通量增加 ,透过液中水相的油含量也随之增加 .膜孔径的增大有利于透过液通量的提高 ,当然在相同的透过压作用下透过液水相的含油量也会随之增加 ,但控制较低的透过压时 。Based on the development of demulsification processes, a study on microfiltration membrane demulsification was carried out with H 2O/n-butanol, H 2O/kerosene and H 2O/30% tributylphosphate(in kerosene) as the working systems. The influences of the transmembrane pressure, the emulsion properties, and the membrane pore size on the demulsification process were studied. The experimental results show that the membrane demulsification process is a kind of newly developing technology with the advantages of lower energy cost, higher effciency and generalization. With an increase of the transmembrane pressure, the flux is increased. However the oil content in the permeate heavy phase is also increased. The increase of the membrane pore size will cause the increase of the flux and oil content in the permeate heavy phase. But the oil content in the permeate heavy phase can be controlled by the transmembrane pressure.
