摘 要:采用XRD、EPMA和硫酸盐还原菌 (SRB)检测对中原油田气举井文 13 12 7套管及文 13 2 5 7井油管腐蚀产物及管材和两口井的水质进行分析 ,并试验了碳钢在含CO2 介质中的腐蚀。研究结果表明 ,CO2 及高矿化度产出水是气举井腐蚀的主要原因 ,油管丝扣处存在的缝隙、套管钢材中夹杂物的局部分布及流体冲刷是加剧油套管局部腐蚀穿孔破坏的另一原因。同时还探索了应用缓蚀剂防止气举井CO2XRD, EPMA and sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) inspection were applied to analyse the corrosion products and metal quality of WEN 13 127 gas lift wells casing tube and WEN 13 257 gas lift wells oil pipe and water quality of the wells The corrosion of carbon steel in environments containing CO 2 has also been tested The results showed that CO 2 and output water with high mineral degree was the main reason for the corrosion of gas lift well; the cracks existed at the tubes threads, impurities locally distributed in steel, as well as fluid washing were also the factors to intensify the local corrosion damage of oil pipe and casing tubes The inhibiting of CO 2 corrosion of gas lift well by inhibitior is also explored
