27例类风湿性关节炎的血液流变学观察

摘　　要：本文测定了27例类风湿性关节炎患者的血液流变学指标,与20例对照组进行比较:类风湿关节炎病人的全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、全血还原比粘度均较对照组明显增高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。红细胞压积、红细胞电泳较对照组比较,P>0.05,无统计学意义。提示类风湿病人的血液流变学改变是血粘度增高和具有浓、粘、凝、聚的特点。Blood Theological index of 27 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were determined. The results showed that whole blood ratio viscosity, plasma ratio viscosity and whole blood reduction ratio viscosity were much higher than those of comparative group (P<0. 01) ; packed cell volume and erythrocyte electrophoresis were of no significance (P>0, 05). These indicated that blood Theological changes of rheumatoid arthritis had the feature of high blood viscosity.
