摘　　要：从经济、创新、观念、人才培养、科学精神培育等层面详尽论述基础研究的社会功能 。This thesis expounds the social functions of the basic research from the aspect of economy、innovation、thought、personnel training and scientific spirit training and so on. The thesis tries to promote people's understanding about the basic research and to arouse people's attention on this field.
