摘  要:指出在高等院校工科电气电子类模拟电子技术课程常用教材和参考书中关于模拟集成运算放大器输入失调电流IIO的定义不一致的问题 .指出由输入失调电流的常见定义IIO=︱IBN-IBP︱来建立实际模拟集成运算放大器的等效电路时因IIO的方向无法确定而带来的困难 .提出统一定义IIO=IBN-IBP在教学中的合理性 .并举例说明利用此定义所建立的实际模拟集成运放等效电路中电流方向确定的唯一性 .This article points out the difference in the definition of input offset current about analog Integrated Operational Amplifier Circuit (IOAC) in common teaching material for analog electronics. The problem being brought about for using the definition of input offset current “I IO =I BN -I BP ” is that the direction of current in equivalent circuit on practice analog IOAC is not decided. The necessity of using the identical definition expressed as “I IO =I BN -I BP ” is suggested. The example used to illustrate how to decide the direction of current in equivalent circuit of practice analog IOIC according to that identical definition is shown. The role of the balance resistant connected to the input port of circuit using IOAC is illustrated by means of a equivalent.
