摘 要:首次采用BN -AlN -TiB2 复合陶瓷材料制作的热电偶保护管 ,在中间包钢水中连续使用了 4 .5h ,连续测温与点测值的误差仅为± 2℃ 保护管侵蚀最严重的部分是与钢渣的接触面 ,厚度仅减薄了 2 .5mm 造成保护管侵蚀较少的原因是TiB2 被氧化成TiO2 后阻止了氧化层向内部进一步扩散以及TiB2 ,TiO2The protective tubes of thermocouple are prepared the first time in this paper using BN,AlN and TiB 2 as starting materials.After immersed into a tundish continuously for 4.5 h, the temperature error between continuous and interval measurement is within ±2 ℃ and the worst eroded part,which is the interface between the protective tube and slag,is only thinned off 2.5 mm.The reason of the less erosion is that TiO 2 formed from the oxidation of TiB 2 stops the oxidation layer from diffusing further into the interior,and the high corrosion resistance of TiB 2 and TiO 2 to molten steel and slag also works.
