摘  要:针对聚矾 /热致液晶聚合物 ( PSF/ TLCP)原位复合材料相容性差的问题 ,运用分子设计思想合成了一种马来酰基接枝聚砜增容剂。将这种增容剂用于 PSF/ TLCP原位复合材料 ,对其增容效果进行了综合分析。DSC分析及 SEM分析结果表明 ,少量的这种增容剂使 TLCP在基体中分散较均匀 ,粒径减小。力学性能测定结果表明 ,加入该类增容剂后原位复合体系的拉伸强度、弯曲强度增加了约 7% ,拉伸摸量也增加了近 9%We had developed Polysulfone(PSF)/Thermotropic Liquid Crystalline Polymer(TLCP) blends. But the poor compatibility of PSF/TLCP blends had limited their use in China. We prepared a compatibilizer, Maleic Anhydride Graft Polysulone, for improving the compatibility of PSF/TLCP blends. Results of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) showed that by adding a small amount of compatibilizer we could improve the distribution of TLCP fiber in polysulfone matrix and decrease the diameter of TLCP fiber. Compared to uncompatibilzed blends, the bending strength and tensile strength of compatibilized PSF/TLCP blends were higher by 6.4% and 6.6% respectively, and tensile modulus was higher by 9%.
