摘　　要：综述了RAPD技术的原理、特点及影响RAPD的主要因素，并简要介绍了RAPD的操作过程，展望了RAPD的应用前景。In this paper,authors systematically discussed the principle,characters and procedures of RAPDtechnique. The factors which can affect its amplification effects are mentioned. At the same time,the: applica-tlon prospects using RAPD technique are also overlooked.
