摘　　要：目的　介绍先天性下腔型房间隔缺损合并双下腔静脉伴右下肺静脉与右下腔静脉异位连接畸形的手术矫治方法。方法　修补下腔型房间隔缺损的同时矫治右下肺静脉与右下腔静脉异位连接。结果　手术获得成功。术后心脏超声检查 :房间隔缺损修补完好 ,右下肺静脉血流流向左房 ,左、右下腔静脉血流汇入右房。结论　手术是唯一的治疗方法 ,宜用补片修补 ,重要的是避免右下肺静脉的回流障碍。Objective To introduce the surgical management of congenital heart disease,inferior sinus venous atrial septal defect,two inferior sinus venous and right below pulmonary venous connection with right inferior sinus venous.Methods To correct right below pulmonart venous connection with right inferior sinus venous and at the same time to repair inferior sinus venous atrial septal defect.Results The operation was successful.Four months after surgery,echocardiographic examination showed that atrial septal defect were perfect repaired,the blood of right below pulmonary venous flow into the left atrium,the blood of two inferior sinus venous flow into the right atrium.Conclusion The operation is the only choice in the disease.It is important to avert stand in the way of blood flow of righ below pulmonary venous.
