组织体漫反射率与光学特性参数关系的研究

摘　　要：本文从漫射理论出发 ,推导出了组织体漫反射率与约化散射系数和吸收系数之间的唯一性关系。应用了新兴的无损测量方法——光学辐出度分光术 ,实验研究了组织模拟液漫反射率与组织光学性质的关系 。Based on the principles of diffuse reflectance,the unique relationship between diffuse reflectance and transport scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient of biotissue is deduced.The relationships between optical properties of optical simulation phantom and their reflectance are experimental studied by remittance spectroscopy measurement,which provide the theoretical and experimental foundation for the application of this new noninvasive measurement technique in clinic medicine.
