摘　　要：目的　探讨肢体负压疗法对人体血压、脉搏及心电图的影响。方法　负压治疗前后观察血压 ,脉搏 ,心电图R波差值 ,肢体导联、心前导联R波总和差值 ,QTC及ST T改变。结果　负压疗法可导致血压下降 ,脉搏加快 ,治疗前后有非常显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 1 )。 2 4小时后血压及心电图各项指标的变化无统计学意义。结论　负压疗法对人体血压、脉搏的影响是短暂的 ,对左室容量及心脏电活动无显著影响 ,是一种安全有效的物理疗法。Objective To investigate the effect of limb's negative pressure on blood pressure,pulse and ECG of human being. Methods At pre and post negative pressure,the changes of blood pressure,pulse and the ECG's △RWA,∑R,QTC and ST T were deetermined Results The blood pressure decreased,the pulse increased.After 24 hours,the blood pressure and ECG's paramenters were not of statistic sihnificance Conclusion The effect of negative pressure on blood pressure and pulse was temporal.The left heart volume and the electric activities of heart were not significant.So it is a safe and effective physical therapy available.
