摘　　要：目的　探讨中西医结合治疗慢性上颌窦炎的疗效。方法　采用自制中药霍胆丸和西药结合对 1 68例慢性上颌窦炎患者进行治疗观察 ,并与单纯西药治疗组 72例作对照 ,评定疗效 ,并对其原理进行探讨。结果　综合治疗结果 ,中西医结合组治愈率、总有效率分别为 78.57%和 1 0 0 % ,单纯西医治疗组治愈率、总有效率分别为 4 4.4 4%和 97.2 2 %。结论　中药疗效持久 ,中西医结合治疗慢性上颌窦炎疗效显著 ,值得推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects on chroinic maxiiitis by chinese medicine and foreign medicine Methods 168 patients with chronic maxillicitis were treated with Huldan pills and foreign herbs,72 patients were treated with foreign herbs a control group.The statistical analysis of date was control groups,compared the curative effect and discussed the priniciple Results The marked effective and the total effective rate were 78.57% and 100% Respectively in chinese medicines and foreign medicine.The marked effective and the total effective rate were 44.44% and 97.22% respectively in forcign medicine therapy.The chinese medicine and foreign treatment group was better than foreign medicine treatment group.(X 2=27.12,P〈0.01) Conclusion The chinese herbs has drable effect on chronic maxillitis,it is showed that the chinese and foreign medicines combining therapy on chronic manillitis have a significant effect.It is worthwhile to promote in our clinic practise
