摘 要:目的 探讨补肾活血复方制剂对糖尿病大鼠视网膜保护作用的机制。方法 以链脲佐菌素造成大鼠糖尿病模型 ,免疫组化方法显示视网膜上胶质纤维酸性蛋白的表达 ,利用微机图像分析技术进行测定。结果 在病程 6个月时 ,视网膜上胶质纤维酸性蛋白阳性细胞的染色强度中药中剂量组明显高于正常对照组、中药高剂量组明显高于其余各实验组。结论 补肾活血中药可诱导糖尿病大鼠视网膜M櫣ller细胞发生反应性星形胶质化 ,提示M櫣ller细胞反应性星形胶质化可能对糖尿病视网膜损伤具有保护作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate effect mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for bushenhuoxue(补肾活血) on protection from retina in rats with diabetic mellitus METHODS The animal model of diabetic rats was create by streptozotocin , and expression of GFAP in retina was shown with immunohistochemistry, and was quantitated by computerized morphometry RESULTS At 6 months of diabetic course, intensity of GFAP expressivities in the middling dosage group was significantly higher than normal control group(P<005),that in large dosage group was noticeable increased compared with other groups(P<005,001) CONCLUSION Traditional Chinese medicine for bushenhuoxue could induce Müller cells to undergo reactive gliosis in retina of diabetic rats It suggests that the gliosis induced by Müller cells might play an important role in protecting the retina of rats with diabetic mellitus It was also possible that this effect could alleviate pathological damages of retinal ganglion cells in diabetic rats
