摘　　要：目的 :总结神经外科昏迷患者早期胃肠内营养支持的疗效。方法 :对 5 8例重度脑挫裂伤和 42例高血压脑出血术后患者 ,于术后 (伤后 ) 4 8h留置胃管开始肠内营养。结果 :各项监测指标均在正常范围 ,且各种并发症明显降低。结论 :对昏迷患者行早期胃肠营养可提高免疫力 ,减少并发症 。Objective: To conclude about the result of early supportioe alimentatoin through gastrointestinl tract upon coma patients in neurosurgery department.Method: 58 case severe cerebral contussion injury and 42 case encephalorrhagia induced by blood hypertersion,supportive alimentation through gastric tube was taken 48hrs after the operation (or injur).Result: All chinical index show within normal range,and less complicatios.Conclusion: Early supportive alimentation through gastro intestinal tract can improve patients immuno activity reduce complication,help would healing and patients' convalescence.
