舌慢反应传入神经终末与三叉神经脊束核的突触联系

摘　　要：目的　研究舌感觉慢反应传入纤维终止于三叉神经脊束核形成的突触类型及各类型突触出现的频率 ,为神经生理学和神经解剖学研究提供参考资料。方法　采用细胞内注射 ,电镜连续超薄切片技术。结果　猫舌感觉传入慢反应纤维投射到三叉神经脊束核形成的突触类型分单纯型、中间型和复杂型三种 ,以复杂型突触出现率最多。形成突触的各组成部分以轴 树及轴 轴突触形式为主 ,未见轴 体突触。结论　复杂型突触和轴 -树及轴 -轴突触是三叉神经脊束核处理感觉信息的形态学基础。Objective To study the types of the synaptic connections of the slow adapting(SA) lingual sensory afferent terminals in the nucleus of spinal trigeminal tract(Vs),and the frequencies of the synapses ocurrence, and to contributes to researches of neurophysiology and neuroanatomy.Methods Combination of the intracellular injection and the serial ultrathin sections with a electron microscope techniques.Results The synaptic types of SA lingual afferent terminals in the nuclens of spinocl trlgeminal tract could be divided into simple,intermediate and complex synapses,in whieh the later was mainly found. Axodendritic and axoaxonal synapses were in majority, but axosomatic synapse was not found.Conclusion The complex synapses and axodendritic and axoaxonal synapses may be a morphological basis of treating the sensory information in the Vs.
