摘 要:运用轮胎地面相互作用试验装置 ,对花纹磨光的 5 .0 0 - 12轮胎的印迹、垂直刚度特性和接地压力分布规律进行了试验测量 ,分析了使用条件对轮胎接地特性的影响。Tyre contact behavior has an important effect on vehicle driving performance and tyre tread wear. By using a tyre - road interaction test equipment, this paper conducted an experimental investigation on the footprint, vertical stiffness characteristics, and the contact pressure distribution of the bald tyre 5.00 - 12. The impact of the working conditions on tyre contact behavior was analyzed. The relationship between the vertical load and the deformation of the tyre has the feature of a nonlinearity. The vertical stiffness of the tyre increased as the inflation pressure increased. The vertical stiffness of the tyre body was much lower than that of the tyre at normal inflation. The contact pressure at a point of the tyre tread depended on the inflation pressure, the vertical load, and the location of the point on the tread. When the vertical load was low, the contact pressure level at the central rib position became the highest. Increasing tyre vertical load at constant inflation transformed the point of the maximum contact pressure to the shoulder region of the contact width. Vertical load change has a great impact on the contact pressure of the shoulder region, however it is a little on the center region. In the center region the contact pressure was higher in the rear part than that in the fore part of the footprint during driving.
