摘  要:为了积累垃圾焚烧炉设计的基础数据 ,对几种南方典型农产品加工剩余物进行了工业分析和干燥、热解实验 ,得到不同温度下随时间变化的失重曲线图 ;分析了它们的着火和燃烬性能 ;拟合出相应的干燥、热解动力学曲线 ,得到了干燥、热解反应动力学参数。结果表明 :实验的几种农产品加工剩余物的干燥、热解反应基本符合一级反应规律 ;这些农产品加工剩余物宜作焚烧处理 ,焚烧时应进行干燥或采用两段、两室炉型。To collect the basis data used for designing an organic waste incinerator, a technical analysis as well as drying and pyrolysing experiments of some typical agricultural residues produced in the south of China were carried out. The graphic curves of the loss of weight on the time under different reaction temperatures were figured out, and the corresponding kinetic curves of drying and pyrolysing then were obtained, in which the reaction kinetic data of drying and pyrolysing processes were achieved. The characteristics of these residues on combustibility were analyzed based on the experiments. The experimental results showed that both the drying and pyrolysing processes of the agricultural products residues followed a first order reaction basically and these residues were suitable for being burnt in an incinerator. They should be either dried before combustion, or incinerated using a two stage incinerator / incinerator with an two combustion chambers.
