摘　　要：我国高等教育发展 ,决定了高校人事管理干部队伍建设的重要性和紧迫性 .信仰坚定是最重要的素质要求 ,以对邓小平理论的学习带动人事干部组织管理能力的培训 .依据个人岗位业绩 ,逐年考核德才表现 。The development of our countrys higher education highlights the importance and urgency to strengthen the staff construction of cadres of personnel management.Constancy of beliefs is the most important requirements of their quality.Deng Xiao pings theory can help to train their organizing and managing ability.Cardres ability and political integrity must be assessed every year according to the achievement of personal responsibility.Our cadres' personal qality and the staff construction of should be impround by the practice of daily work.
