摘　　要：本文通过对技术创新运行机制及林业企业技术创新运行机制存在的问题的分析 ,提出一种完善的技术创新运行机制应具有协调性和敏感性两大特性以及整合与转化的基本功能 ,并试图建立和完善适合林业企业技术创新模式正常运行的机制。Through the analysis of forestry function mechanism of enterprise technical innovation and the problem of it,the paper proposes that a complete function mechanism of enterprise technical innovation with the function of conformity and transform should have the property of harmony and sensitivity and try to find the modes of forestry enterprise technical innovation fit for the development of forestry enterprise and also puts forward the of the modes.
