摘　　要：本文通过总结各位专家对资本运营的理解 ,界定了林业资本运营的概念 ,并归纳其重要特征。并进一步论证资本运营是深化林业企业改革和从整体上搞活林业经济的重要思路 ,有利于盘活国有林业资产存量 ,有利于进一步推动现代林业企业制度的建立与完善 ,有利于林业产业结构和企业结构的调整 ,有利于林业企业的成长和扩张 ,有助于提高林业经济整体效益。The paper,through summarizing the various specialists' understanding for capital run,define the concept of forestry capital run, and induce its important traits. Further argue that capital run is important train thought for deepening the reforms of forestry enterprise and activating forestry economy. It is beneficial to founding and perfecting modern forestry enterprise system,beneficial to adjusting forestry industry construction and enterprise construction,beneficial to the growth and expansion of the forestry enterprise,beneficial to improving forestry economic total efficiency.
