摘　　要：目的 :总结“四早”救治方案在特重烧伤病人上应用的经验。方法 :对近 7年内 2 62名特重烧伤病人实施“四早”方案 ,即 :对延迟复苏者早期快速液体复苏 ;对中、重度吸入性损伤实行早期气管切开 ;早期切 (削 )痂植皮 ;早期胃肠道营养。结果 :应用“四早”救治方案后 ,减少了并发症 ,显著提高救治成功率。结论 :“四早”救治方案是治疗特重烧伤病人较好的治疗方案。Objective:To summarize the experience of applying the “Four Early” treating plan to the patients with specially severe burn.Methods:To apply the “Four Early”treating plan to 262 patients with specially severe burn within the last 7 years.which are to revivify the delayed revivification patients with quick liquid revivification in early stage,treat the middle or heavy aspiration damage patients by early tracheotomy,remove eschar and graft skin early and nourish gastrointestinal tract early.Results:[WT5BZ]After the “Four Eavly”treating plan has been used,complications decrease and the successful rate of treating is improved.Conclusion:“Four Early” treating plan is a good treatment plan for patients with specially severe burn.
